If any information on a certificate needs to be corrected (such as team name, participant name, school name, or award details), please submit a request according to the guidelines below.

 

To ensure consistency across all countries and regions, all certificate corrections must be handled centrally by Gigo. Official competition records and system data will be updated accordingly.

 

1. Certificate Correction Policy & Fees

Please verify all information on your certificate immediately upon receipt. If a certificate must be reissued due to incorrect, misspelled, or missing information submitted during registration (e.g., participant name, team name, or school name), a handling fee will apply:

Overseas	USD 7 / certificate	Local distributor / general agent / designated contact (forwarded to Gigo)	Gigo will update the documents and systems accordingly. Once completed, the revised documents will be printed and sent to the local distributor together with the shipping documents.

 

二、 Application Procedure for Overseas Teams (including Thailand)

 

📌Please contact your local distributor, general agent, or designated contact by September 4 to submit your request.

 

1. Application Process & Fee Collection

Workflow： Overseas Team → Local Contact → Gigo

 

📋Local Contact Responsibilities：

- Confirm correction details with the team and collect the handling fee (USD 7 per certificate).

- Submit the 2026 World GreenMech Contest Overseas Team Certificate Correction Application Form to Gigo.

- Transfer collected fees to Gigo as instructed.

 

2. Centralized Processing & Shipment

Upon receiving the application and fee, Gigo will execute: Data Verification → File Revision → System Record Update → Printing → Shipment to Local Contact together with the shipping documents, in order to avoid additional courier charges.

 

The local contact will then deliver the reissued certificate to the team.

Overseas teams and local organizations are strictly prohibited from modifying certificate files independently.

To maintain data integrity across official formatting, competition systems, and internal records, all revisions must be submitted to and authorized by Gigo.
