Registration Notice-Explanation and video of the work status check up

Dear Teachers & Contestants,

 

To take into account the rights of contestants, the organizer has started GreenMech contest on line video evaluation.

The status of the team would become “Video review successfully” if the video meet the criteria. If your team status remains “Under review” more than 24 hours after you submitted the video, you should work further on your video to ensure all the requirements has been complied.

 

Please pay special attention to the following matters if you have not yet passed video evaluation:

 

1. Most common video problems are either missing the task action on 10^th level or the specified checkpoints. (According to the regulation P13 5.4.1.)

 

2. Due to the registration deadline is at the corner, the organizer will evaluate submitted videos under daily basis (each day before 4:00 PM GMT+8).

    If your team status remain “Processing” for more than 24 hours, please check your video carefully again to score.

 

3. If you submitted the video after 4:00 PM GMT+8 on June 29^h, there would be no chance for you to modify the video further.

    Please submit the video ASAP.

 

4. You can check the team registration status in Contests> Current Contests> Registration Data Maintenance"

 

In addition, the task action must be activated after the ball is thrown (or at the same time). Although the videos of some teams passed the review, the order of the actions is wrong. Please pay attention to the rules.

 

2. Please pay the fee to complete the registration. You can enter your team number in the Contests> Current Contsets> Instant Registration information to check the status. Teams which did not complete the payment before June 30^th will lose their eligibility.
