for R4M competition: if a team already said stop and then suddenly the robot moving and then touching the components, then the components fall down, how to score the falling down components because of the unexpected moving by robot? is it still score standing or fall down?
It is judged as inverted because it was caused by the player (based on the result).

Yes, but the hard board can only be used during practice, not during competition.
