for 8.2.1, if a team reports about it, so the reported team must be made smaller and will restart the competition for the reported team? when is the limit of the report time? before the winner announcement?

please refer to 8.2.1 We have listed two situations here. 1.Before the contest starts, If a robot is found to be too big before the contest starts, the judges will give the team a chance to fix it during the pre-contest setup time. If they can't fix it in time, this robot is out of the game. 2.After the contest: If this problem isn't found until after the contest, and another team reports it, the head judge will check it out. If the robot can't be made smaller to fit the rules, all the points that team got by this robot will be taken away. that means the reported team will not have to restart the competition. Repot time: before all teams finished.

For 8.2.2 If the robot needs to be repaired, the contestant must raise hand after receiving permission to intervene from a judge. Here should change "after" to "before"

Yes,the contestant raises their hand first. Then they wait for the judge's permission. Finally, they repair the robot.

If one of the team member said "Finish" before 2 minutes contest time, but the other member then say "not yet", so how? can they continue?

1.Yes, the team can execute Task 2.2 after completing Task 1 and Task 2.1 without returning to 'Rocket Ship Area C. 2 .When manually retrieving Robot C, only the participant, with the judge's approval, is allowed to take it back to the starting area for a restart. Manual retrieval is not allowed in any other situation.
